Its speech isn’t unintelligible to us: “Skyrocket… Skyrocket… Must listen…”

 We’ll find out eventually why Polaris is putting the world in danger. The most likely guess is that, using his Neron-enhanced abilities, Dr. Polaris captured the Controller and is using it as a power source, and that is what puts the planet at risk.
