This volume collects Batman: The Dark Knight Strikes Again #1-3, plus an introduction, sketchbook pages, and so on.  There is Legion content in issues #2-3.
Wrapped around the cover is a paper band with a description of the book and headshots of the various characters, one of which is an extreme close-up on the Saturn Girl in the series.
