General Only 27:4 is dealt with here.
27:4 An exact placement of this in continuity could, of course, be anywhere since the Legion was founded, except during the Team 20 and Legion Lost periods.  However, we will assume that it is most likely going to be a fairly current appearance (there being no reason to believe otherwise).  Given a complete lack of recognizable/familiar architecture, placing this after the reconstruction of Earth in the wake of “Legion of the Damned” is no problem.  The utter lack of any people or flying vehicles could actually fit in with the Terrorforms collapsing the population of Metropolis into little balls.  We can thus place this adequately in the middle of The Legion #7; between pages 14 and 18 is easiest.
