1. Name unrevealed, but “Sandy Anderson” was given as her name in the first timeslip story (Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #92) and all the characters’ names were close to their real ones, so that will be used until a better name is supplied.

Analysis Notes

General Only 8:3-5 are dealt with here.
8:3-5 While it at first appears that Inferno is being her usual snotty self — and thus bringing up the question of why the heck she bothered to attend the audition if she was just going to ditch out — the scene reads better if Inferno’s comment occurs after the Atom’s in 8:5.  In short, she has encountered Impulse before (see Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #88), and having little tolerance (like this is a surprise?) for his antics, declines to audition for the Titans due to the belief that Impulse will be part of the team.  She then leaves immediately, before Max Mercury vetoes Impulse’s membership.
8:4 Impulse’s comment is a reference to the Humberto Ramos (I think) artwork on Impulse/Atom Double-Shot.  Ramos has a tendency to make everyone look like a kid.
