Plot:

General Only pages 2-3:3, 4:2, 6:1-2, and 21 are dealt with here.
2/3:3 There is a Xudaran on a swing above the bar, and two Khund warriors in the lower right.  The cloaked figure on the left is Adara, a former Green Lantern.  We’ll call the bartender “Dooley,” since that’s the credit Kevin Dooley is given in the credits box.
The seated characters in the center are Gigantus (who is short but very strong; the name was a joke) and Davroth (who can fly).  They are members of the L.E.G.I.O.N. team (originally the R.E.C.R.U.I.T.S.) which ousted Vril Dox II and the rest of the core team.  The infant Lyrl Dox used mind-control techniques on them to force their allegiance and convince them that the core team were criminals.
4:2 The silhouette with antennae behind Kyle is a Durlan.
6:1 L.E.G.I.O.N. HQ is on the planet Cairn.
