1. Although numerous heroes appear on-panel with Lar Gand, only those who have had direct contact beyond this single story are tracked.

2. At the time of this story, Valor was still going by just the name Lar Gand, following his time with L.E.G.I.O.N.  His actions in this story bring him to the attention of Eclipso in the 1992 summer annuals.

3. Listed as a Villain in earlier issues, now a Hero.

4. Still treated as a Villain here; she will later go on to be a Hero.

Analysis Notes

General Only 4:5, 7:3, 9:3, 10:3, 14:3-5, and 20:3 are dealt with here.
4:5 Lar Gand is to the far left, below Elongated Man and next to Orion.
The character in the upper center (beneath Agent Liberty, behind Booster Gold) is the Infinity Man, the merged form of the Forever People.  (No apparent relation to the Legion’s Infinite Man, though.)
7:3 Between leaving L.E.G.I.O.N. and this story, Lar Gand was seen in the company of the New Gods, leading both to his inclusion in this story and to his association with Orion, Metron, and Lightray in this group.
9:3 Gasp!  Lar Gand got to actually say something!
10:3 Radiation can hurt Lar Gand, but only red sun (and a few other forms).
14:4 Ah, the old “Bottle City of Fill-in-the-Blank.”
20:3 Some of the heroes have travelled by Boom Tube from Warworld back to Metropolis.
General This issue was reprinted in the Superman: Panic in the Sky collection.
